Addon manager hasn't worked at all for me since switching to dx11.To get arc + boon table working on dx11 I: renamed d3d9.dll to d3d11.dll and put it in the main Guild Wars 2 directory (not in bin64) put the boon table in bin64. The only one on the Steam page that has the ALL the currently released content (all expansions + living world packs) is the $80 pack. If you decide to buy the 2 other DLCs separately you will have to purchase the living world packs from the game's Gem Store as there is no other way to separately purchase living world content on the Steam Page
